Rajeev Matta

Rajeev Matta is a veteran in the food and beverage world. He started his career in 1984 as a professor in Ahmedabad Hotel Management Institute and hundreds of students who graduated under him are now holding top positions in the industry. He then joined Havmor – a 1000 crore company from Ahmedabad into Ice Cream and Food – as GM Operations in 1996 and took the company to its heights of glory. In 2000, he joined Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. He is the CEO of SK Restaurants. He manages 70 plus Sanjeev Kapoor restaurants across the globe and is the main contributor to their set-up, management, manpower, menus, food and marketing. Travelled widely, he is focused on what he needs to do and likes to keep things simple.

Chef Pradipto Das

Handling the role of a dedicated Corporate Chef at SK Restaurants, Chef Pradipto Das supervises and provides guidance to all the other corporate chefs as well as the franchisees under the brand. With a Diploma in Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition from IHMCTAN, Mumbai and more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He brings plenty of knowledge and expertise to the table. Besides Indian, he is a big fan of Vietnamese and Argentinean food. Given the fact that he loves photography and music, his exceptional food presentation ideas and skills let you know his mantra in the kitchen, and that is ‘you eat with your eyes first!’

Satyaki Mukherjee

An innovative go-getter, great orator, foodie and alumni of University of Illinois Urbana – Champaign, Satyaki Mukherjee is our Head – Franchising and Marketing. With an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Food and Beverage, Media, Marketing and Advertising, he has a vast experience in executing strategies and winning end-to-end marketing solutions across various verticals. Not to forget, he has been with the SK group for over 10 years working in various capacities apart from franchisee acquisition and marketing. He has been instrumental in driving the restaurant count northward and is currently working on making SKR brands popular all over the world. Besides this, he’s a movie buff and a passionate biker!

Arpan Desai

An alumni of IHM, Mumbai with a post graduate in Hotel and Business Management from the reputed EDEXCEL University, UK, Arpan Desai is a dynamic, result driven and aggressive Operations Projects Head at SK Restaurants. He has an experience of over 12 years in India and UK in organised retail hospitality, hotels and restaurant chains, and is known to have proved his ability to achieve targets and operational excellence by setting up processes and demonstrating great people practices. Besides this, he’s an ardent biker, loves driving and has been part of few rallies.

Saurabh Mishra

Saurabh is our Manager – Systems and Software. Though, he has a Diploma in Hotel Management, he’s the happiest when troubleshooting technical glitches and making them work up to date. Also, being a chef, he has inclination towards continental cuisine and has a great hand at dishing up decadent mithais! We lovingly call him the IT chef!

Pawan Gupta

Pawan, Finance – Head, having an experience of various industries, uses his capabilities in accounts management to good stead. He handles his work with passion and great execution ability. His strength lies in his planning skills by ideating and introducing effective systems and systematic closure of projects.
