Chef Sanjeev has a number of restaurants both in India and abroad which have all been very well appreciated. Khazana, Signature, and The Yellow Chilli are well known brands, now with his company SKR (Sanjeev Kapoor Restuarants) he has extended these brands by adding Signature, Sura Vie, Hong Kong and India Green brands under different categories. SKR, the brainchild of Sanjeev executed in collaboration with Better Value Brands, a company experienced in managing and developing scalable brands like Talwalkars. With 58 operational restaurants worldwide and 50 in making, Sanjeev’s restaurant venture – SKR (Sanjeev Kapoor Restaurants) has scaled up its operations and targets 250 restaurants in the next 4 years.
